Strict Zero-Tolerance Copyright Policy

1. Copyright Zero-Tolerance Rule

At HostToUp, we strictly enforce copyright compliance across all server instances and hosting plans (WordPress, Node.js, E-commerce, and VPS).

• No Unauthorized Images: Stock photos, artwork, brand logos, or personal photos owned by third parties must not be uploaded without explicit written authorization.
• No Media Piracy: Hosting, linking to, or streaming pirated movies, music tracks, TV shows, or podcast files is strictly prohibited.
• No Software / Nulled Scripts: Cracking tools, pirated software, cracked plugins, theme leaks, or nulled scripts will result in instant account shutdown.
• No Torrent / Warez Files: Hosting torrent files, magnet links, or file-sharing hubs for copyrighted material is banned.

2. Immediate Account Suspension & Termination

If HostToUp receives a valid DMCA takedown notice or discovers copyrighted content on your website:

1. Your hosted site or server instance will be suspended immediately to prevent further infringement.
2. You will receive a notification email detailing the reported infringement.
3. Failure to immediately remove the infringing content or provide proof of license will result in permanent account termination.
4. No Refunds: Accounts terminated due to copyright or DMCA violations forfeit all rights to refunds under our refund policy.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content hosted on HostToUp infrastructure infringes upon your copyright, please send a formal DMCA Notice of Infringement containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or URL of the image/file).
• Exact URL(s) on our network where the infringing material is located.
• Your contact information (Name, Organization, Email, and Phone number).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your website content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or that you possess full legal licensing for the material, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to dmca@hosttoup.com with proof of license or legal ownership.
